you know what i don't get?

- there are 100s of these nut carts in NYC
- i have never once walked past one that doesn't smell like it's just straight up burning the nuts for heat
- if all you do is sell nuts, day after day, you would think that your rate of burning nuts would be 0
- would never happen in japan

i never tried bc i just assume they're burnt af

i think roasted nuts always smell kinda burnt

the cashews encased in crusty sugar are a real treat
