One of my favorite tools in a kitchen under $10.00 Matfer Dough Card -----------------Why? #1: Keeps cutting board clean at all times while working through different tasks. Reduces paper towels or reusable cloth towels, scoops mise en place making it easy to transfer to different vessels or where it will be cooked.

It also happened that some employees at the pizza counter used it to cut and weigh pizza. 😅
