vulnerability time and could use some ✨advice✨: would anyone have any recs for workouts to improve some loose skin around the lower stomach? preferably, something with an achievable significant difference over the course of 5 months 🙏 I currently do cardio daily (i.e., average 6 miles), and am open to anything really.

do not know if this is relevant but i just watched a tiktok about NAD+ (nicotinamide riboside) apparently it’s supposed to help with that
