vulnerability time and could use some ✨advice✨: would anyone have any recs for workouts to improve some loose skin around the lower stomach? preferably, something with an achievable significant difference over the course of 5 months 🙏 I currently do cardio daily (i.e., average 6 miles), and am open to anything really.

Correct — I’m just emphasizing that this would be in addition to the cardio I’m already doing 🙏 Hoping for some advice to narrow down all the conflicting info.
