Get a pull up bar as well. Supercharge those gains. Push one day, pull the next. Add to it as you get stronger. And don’t neglect your legs at that point 🤝

I run at least 3-4 miles 5x a week. Arms are more the issue. Gotta get that bar set back up

535 $WILD tip distro 🤝 If arms are the issue, definitely get that bar up. I swear nothing works better. Bands are amazing for delts and traps, too. Spend more to get a legit set and they’ll last you forever.
