For pre-pmf, I think there should be a focus on building a great product over focusing on tools and processes

right, but pre-PMF measuring retention across cohorts is critical to figuring out if you're building something valuable; wondering if there are any tools that help with this given unique data structures in web3

I’ve met with a few very early companies building web3 analytics tools, and get the sense there’s no strong solution already in market.
