what kind of manual labor? he's in football season right now so that might suffice

got it. my older bro was big on Habitat for Humanity

and I've heard lots of good things about serious boyscouting

i worked as a laborer for a general contractor my high school summers, so that was the sort of thing I was alluding to.

much more of a summer experience -- too hard to do while in school/season
