Imagine you’re trying to go from snatch motion to landing it at the top of triangle pose in yoga looking up at it, I dunno, just trying something new (If you’re not used to rotation then start light to develop a feel for it

I love that approach! Do you find it helps you stay more motivated, or do you ever miss having a structured routine to track progress?

I really like both, I love having a structured program I don’t have to think about, I love moving without pretending the best movement comes from structure. My favorite routine was 2 days of crossfit 2 days of hot yoga 2 days of hiking sauna 1 day of globo gym and sauna

I gravitate towards movements I’m not doing well, looking for a range of motion that’s tighter or harder to get into than it should be, but truly, there is no plan. It’s fair to say this post has more thought into it than my workout
