ahh sorry to hear that! did you try adding 69 $degen ? aside from that, RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation (from frequent sprained ankles lol) could be shin splints too, not sure what the best remedy for that is though

My old trick out on the ranch was 800 mg of ibuprofen, + soak in some epsom salt and absorbine liniment liquid (yes the veterinary type for horses- it works like a charm)
