We’re hiring a staff level engineer at Pinata. We’ve got a solid applicant pool but I’d love to see more female engineering candidates. Any tips on good job boards or places to post this opening that will help encourage that? cc: @adrienne @cassie

Great evergreen question with no easy answer. Have you reviewed the JD to see if it’s written in a way that subconsciously turns off female candidates? Also pinging @samantha

I have but I have subconscious biases. Fortunately we have @elise9 who wrote it and definitely screens for that 🙂

There are tools we use to quadruple check too! @adrienne Workable has some basic features built in and Textio Loop is another of my favs
