If you can’t do a full pull up yet, here are 7 progressions to achieve it! 1-Work on the variation you can currently do and get really good at it. 2-Then move on to the next progression and so on! 3- Go for 5-10 repetitions x 3-5 sets for the pull up part of your workouts.
