UK has some super friendly startup offers. And incredibly easy to open a company.

Have you ever set up a UK company?

If I were to look I'd go for Marshal Islands, Switzerland etc. they allow it to be setup remotely and have best in the world conditions and process. 

Not familiar with UK but I doubt it'd be any close to those alternatives
