UK has some super friendly startup offers. And incredibly easy to open a company.

If that was the case then we’d see far more startups coming from there and moving in from other places

I think it’s rather trending towards the other direction and only speeds up with time

If I were to look I'd go for Marshal Islands, Switzerland etc. they allow it to be setup remotely and have best in the world conditions and process. 

Not familiar with UK but I doubt it'd be any close to those alternatives
