how bad is the migrants situation in Europe? London, Paris, Amsterdam, etc need reports from people who live there now i can't ignore all the crime reports but also don't want to overstate the issue (esp. with multiple elections coming up and right wing candidates boosting propaganda budgets) do you feel safe there

I don’t live there but I can tell you London is not safe for Jews anymore… it def was a few years ago.

I have friends in Amsterdam I used to go visit and they’ve said it’s drastically different than last time I was there which was over ten years ago at this point.

A friend of mine went a few weeks ago. Hi did travel there before the Brexit too, and told me that it's waaaay different since his last visit. I've been there before the Brexit and felt safe, but after what I've heard, not sure I'd like to go again... My natal city receives similar comments lately tho (Barcelona).

Makes me so sad. I never felt unsafe there when I went years ago & it was the city I’d route myself through whenever I was heading to that part of the world..

The world is a bit rotten... But I gotta admit... maybe people say they feel unsafe in cities like Barcelona, but I'm pretty sure it was a lot worse in the 90's... At least Barcelona was really rough until the Olympics (Barcelona 92). There's a clear before and after the Olympics, and we're still better than before.
