the simplest thing i can think of that i did a few months ago, towards following the advice below was to delete netflix, prime video and discord from my phone. 

swapped discord with @warpcast on the homescreen.

Still not as far as deleting discord but we r working on it. Farcaster is and will defo be the place to be

That’s a great step and I should think of it too. Same for Twitter

i still have discord on my laptop. i just made it one step harder to get to it and not constantly be checking chats to keep up. 

more about making what’s less productive(bad behavior) for me, hard to reach vs completely abandoning it.
