I’ve been wanting to try this crème brûlée from a local dairy farm near Lake Toya for years. But, it comes in a ballon to keep its shape so you need to be able to pop it and have something to put it in so when I stayed in a hotel, I couldn’t eat it! This time I booked an apartment for one night so that I could get it and try it! It came with “caramel crumbs” which were hard, crunchy pieces of caramel!

Wow, this is exactly what I would love! I wanted to try it so I looked it up online, is it the same as this? maybe name "bocca creme brulee"
