in the same way that devs are building in public on purple app, content creators need to figure out the playbook for building a sustainable market for their work think of how many creators followed in the footsteps of mr beast and were inspired to publish videos on youtube we need those first few huge success stories to happen right here, and the rest will follow

well when it comes to streaming and short form video i don’t think we are at saturation for “popular” folks. Yet.

So you think those are still things that a person can start today and still make a comfortable living from that work, if they're diligent and have at least a bit of talent as a content creator?

a living? For that level think you need to be beyond elite. But to get a decent size audience and monetize it a bit for sure.

Thanks for clarifying your thoughts here, very helpful to get on the same page My reading of "sustainable" the original cast assumed that we're talking about the ability to have this be a way to make a living wage, rather than a side hustle (which is at best where my art practice currently is, if not still an expensive hobby)
