A thought I have often about our so called smart people

I've recently been trying to find an 'extractive' middle ground

Somewhere between 'exit liquidity' and 'exploitative' feels like the Goldilocks zone 

I want to be rewarded for my contributions of time and other resources in this space without taking advantage of people

What do you think about reframing 'extractive' slightly, as compared with 'exploitative'?
