AMA with @colin starts now! Colin went to Waterloo and worked on a variety of projects there - most notably he was CTO of Yelplive & founder of BitIndy. He then worked on the payments team at Coinbase and moved over to Google where was was an eng manager for ~4 years. Now Colin is building @paragraph full time!

What are the key lessons from Yelplive and BitIndy that you've been able to carry over to Paragraph?

- ship very fast & iterate quickly - stay very lean - at the start, hire senior talent only - company transparency is important - eliminate bureaucracy - over-communicate, especially in async contexts (eg heavily encourage design docs) - realistic deadlines/estimates are very important
