my friend said there is a lot of froth in the quantum space right now. the public (investors included) doesn’t realize we are a few decades away from a commercial offering. in the next decade or so when people recognize how difficult this problem is, some of that hype will naturally die down

also, quantum computers will be able to crack any encryption in seconds, so seed phrases will not hold up against a quantum computer. it can just test every communication of letters in the english language at once

Ok I need to delve in deeper myself… These thoughts intrigue me a lot…
