hi i have a question. if something is triggering you again and again and again, like it’s the same situation repeatedly and you find yourself reacting badly to it even though you don’t want to, are you supposed to remove the trigger from your life or keep trying to find ways to get over it? yes, i realize this is really vague, but maybe it will resonate with someone who has an answer

I am someone who loves to remove the trigger from his life. But to remove it imo you have to first understand where it comes from because sometimes what triggers us is not necessarily something that we want to be removed from our lives. It may be something that can be solved, that may help us grow. So imo only after understanding what triggers us we can decide whether we want it to be removed, get over it, or be at peace with it!🌹
