Generally I think you should believe Trump will do the things he says, eg he means business on tariffs, he's really cutting taxes on Elon and putting 20% on the price of your electronics. But on putting RFK Jr in charge of public health, I think he sends his name to the Senate and the Senate says no and that's that?

Pretty much. And at quick point RFK becomes one of the new White House floating cast of characters Trump had like last time.
