Users without the power badge, don’t like priority mode and want more visibility to users with priority mode turned on.

Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

Solve for X.

Power badge has flaws, but haven't seen a concrete proposal for a deterministic alternative to the power badge.

Most suggestions for improvement are: "sounds like a hard problem, but whatever system you put in place should give me the power badge." :)

Vouching — mvp is high trust users get 1 vouch each to promote someone without a PB, could be public (like pre-permissionless invites) and they lose something if vouchee spams 

I prefer priority, but wish a bit more got through my bubble and for better onboarding of new users

This is powered by TDH from holding cards, however, what if current badge holders had the ability to use some of their social weight to recommend people that they thought should be considered?

(Most wouldn't risk their own rep to rep a bot.)
