I went to see Gladiator II recently. The previews didn't feature a single original movie. Zero. Not one. What's gone wrong with Hollywood that we've become so adverse to risk taking?

It's frustrating to see creativity take a backseat to guaranteed profits. Hollywood needs to rediscover the value of original storytelling and take bold steps to captivate audiences once again.
