tonight i am making fresh beet pasta, probably farfalle do i go super simple and toss them in a garlic olive oil with some fresh herbs or do i do more and make a creamy feta beet sauce with pine nuts, lemon and roasted garlic? maybe a touch of dill

wowow both sound amazing, after reading this I personally crave the simple one but creamy feta beet sauce pine nuts lemon garlic dill sounds exquisite as well
