sooo real talk, what does someone have to do to get an art patron nowadays? does that exist anymore? 
i want one of those old-fashioned setups where they pay my expenses for a year and they can keep everything i produce. i just want uninterrupted time to work on honing my crafts; time to improve and explore. because right now i am so overloaded and art has the unfortunate tendency to be forced into the backseat.

Have you looked for open call artist residencies? I see a lot of them in Norway these days at least

i’ve looked here and there, i just don’t think right now i can quit my job for an artist residency as i rely on the steady income for the time being
