one way to have cake and eat it to wrt Frames vs Mini Apps is to keep the term Frames but specifically for the interactive thing in feed 

we'll need to call those components something and this is a nice branded term that maps to the original meaning, otherwise we'll need to a new term like rich embeds or cards

maybe a cool opportunity for "frames" to become a version of the cast embed that gives you a small, inline preview of the mini app(eg. a mini browser window instead of the static image and button) 

^ might make sense in some cases more than others(eg. works well for things like livestreams or quick actions like a vote), regardless i think this could be a cool feature and cool way to keep the name frames alive!
