Which would you use today if you had to store small amounts of text metadata for a project?

IPFS is appealing as long as there’s a way to query your content — eg I know you can query across Arweave nodes for identifiers within content, but with IPFS you need to know(and probably store) the CIDs of your files

In the absence of higher-order indexing services (eg Ceramic, as @yassinelanda.eth points to)... is the protocol level answer to this currently:

A: "maintain your own index" (?)

Or is there some other tactic involving the nameserver (IPNS) part of the IPFS protocol stack?

Exact, indexing is harder… You can use Ceramic to query IPFS though which I just learnt (in real time) - Any questions for the team?
