Back Bicep day today! Here’s what I did( on a bulk): 2 sets lat pulldown 1 RIR 1 set lat pulldown till failure 6-8 rep range (wide grip) 2 set chest supported upper back-row till failure 4-6 rep range (wide/horizontal grip) 2 sets lat rows till failure 6-8 rep range 3 sets Seated no cheat bicep curls till failure

Depends on who I’m with… I switch between pull ups and pulldowns all the time. Most muscle hypertrophy comes from the pulldowns for me (beter stability, more weight)
