Posted this on Twitter, but I think there are pretty big misaligned incentives in funding rounds like this. These encourage folks to add as many random onchain transactions as possible, but the opposite will truly onboard the masses.

Maybe I'm just surprised that CTG wasn't one of the 200+ projects chosen (we deployed on Base and submitted) Technically, our challenges like crypto puzzles/scavenger hunts weren't onchain, and our only transactions were for the entry NFTs, but so many in the space told me CTG had outsized impact.

Wasn't CTG outside of the timeframe for round 4? Maybe it will be included in the next round? "number of transactions by unique wallets" maybe isn't the best metric "attention" is probably a really good one if we can figure out how to quantify that properly for CTG
