It’s still hard for new users who are breaking in and don’t have a tribe yet. I’m a big proponent of multiple levels of badges, would be such a big win for everyone instead of the yes/no option with a PowerBadge,

I had to go seek that though. The badge shouldn't just be about who you know and who you know the only way to get a badge. If the point is to promote "interesting" content over not, there are plenty of people with the badge making and promoting low effort and boring content engagement farming. And good content hidden.
