openzepplin 721 with a little override is probably easiest guide here: https://docs.base.org/tutorials/signature-mint-nft/

What @jessepollak said. OpenZeppelin 721 and override the transfer functions to revert.

the soulbound stuff is at the bottom of the contract for enforcing attachment to a fid, not possible without a backend sig scheme (which this contract uses for minting). i don't think anyone maintains a *full* registry of fids <> verified addresses onchain https://basescan.org/address/0xdb77084adb7fa5d84103998e66164d0369e736f1#code

We have issued a soulbound NFT collection on Base. https://opensea.io/collection/metopia-star-badge Is there anything we could do further more with FID?
