i refreshed this 5 times thinking it was a bug that nobody had responded after 3 hours

the soulbound stuff is at the bottom of the contract

for enforcing attachment to a fid, not possible without a backend sig scheme (which this contract uses for minting). i don't think anyone maintains a *full* registry of fids <> verified addresses onchain
