This is pretty easy to do. I have it working, but just a single private key. Making it work for a seed phrase is trivial.

How do you imagine the UX of storing a seed phrase like this going? 

User imports seed and creates a webauthn key around it.

Then uses the key to “sign” tx allowing the wallet to access the seed phrase for actually signing and sending the tx?
