What’s a typical day schedule in particular do you see kids before / after work?

6-6:45 wake up with first kid, sometimes earlier, breakfast

7:20 shower, brush teeth

7:30 at desk

5 home

5:30 dinner

6 bath for kids

6-7 hang out, read with kids

7-730 bedtime, put kids back in room

730-930 work, email 

930 bed

Workout 3x a week 130 to 230

nanny at 745 until 5, but my wife handles school pick up and drop off which is huge

does nanny show up at 730 and/or does wife handle school drop off/pick up etc

im very similar. Have to add a dog walk in the morning which sucks. Evenings are hit or miss depending on energy.
