Why is Prop House different than onchain Proposals? Is there a future where they are the same just different rules / avg. $ size / voting requirements?

main diff today is that onchain props are "prop based" (eg vote FOR or AGAINST prop A) while prop house is round based (eg vote across prop A, B, C, etc). there are other details as well: level of granularity for customizing a round, speed at which things can move, forced spending aspect, risk associated, etc.

NSFW is way underrated and should be a fast fun way to find prototypes and onboard new people. My noggles gor their start there. Stickers and pins I are got a start there. Builders like PiXl and Aubtoshi and many others. We should have that be active again then prop house then on chain

Prophouse could be used to budget/force spend, instead of a burn … push any extra eth to open or infinite rounds.

what @seneca said. but also proposer psychology wise feels much less riskier to not be selected as top 5 of a 5 winner round rather than your prop specifically be rejected (which more against votes than for votes). voter psychology also opportunity cost is alternative prop winning versus not spending at all.

actually big brained thinking streamline prop.house into the singular source of proposal discovery and creation with different infinite rounds for proposals of different scales and impact areas brilliant

The different houses have different sets of voters. Some of the groups do not have DAOs, so prop.house is an amazing way for any group to hold competitions.
