@linda I think I would be more likely to use Bountycaster if I could prefund a balance and then just approve debits via a frame in programmatic DCs. Maybe I'm weird, but completing the bounty feels like paying a bill vs. approving one.

I'm the opposite. The lower the initial friction to post a bounty, the better. But I've only posted smaller, experimental bounties. I would bet that the more intentional, larger amounts would benefit from the dwr flow.

/poidh does that, you escrow on a contract and if more people add to the bountie you get weighted voting, I think Linda wants to keep the p2p vibe

After using @bountycaster myself, I agree. I like the control and operability overall, but this would be a nice capstone (and was presumed functionality)

I haven’t created a bounty but i’m planning to do it. Maybe an option for prefunding and not is better. Especially when using degen tips as reward, it cant be prefunded
