yeah, breathing is super powerful and you can pretty much increase or decrease your energy at any time with just deliberate, structured breathing. anything slow or with longer exhales is going to relax, the inverse to excite.๏ฟผ๏ฟผ

It seems the exhale technique is omitted for the first and last breath. That really bugs me, even if the technique doesnโt matter.

I use this too. Canโt say it kicks me into sleep in 1 minute but itโs a big help in preparing for sleep.
