Iโ€™d say so. BotW arguably better but outside the window. And TotK just as good as BotW I think (better story?) but less novel than the first game. Sekiro was also awesome (better combat) but much harder than Elden Ring (absolutely no shortcuts or workarounds)

I'm sure some would argue Diablo or Baldurs Gate. For my money though I'm going with Tears of the Kingdom.
