I just had a Lipids panel taken and my LDL cholesterol levels were a bit high

I'm quite surprised since my intake of foods high in cholesterol and trans fats has been minimal in the last 6 months

According to Bard soluble fibers and plant sterols help reduce it. I do eat these but might have to eat more 🤷‍♂️
