@hm depends what you're looking for. London is biggest startup hub and also the biggest VC hub in europe, and particularly good for fintech, but it's also on the expensive side. Berlin & Paris are the next big hubs. Then there's amsterdam, lisbon, stockholm, barcelona, but these ecosystems are noticeably smaller.

Depends what you need @hm . Berlin for sure is good, so is Lisbon or Barcelona. The Balkans also have a lot to offer. There are a couple of islands off the coast of Africa that are nomad hotspots
