Isn’t that something that will be replaced by AI (with human voices) like in the next few years almost entirely?

As with all things we get a reduction and then a bounce back with a twist. I imagine it all goes AI, but some company will find a way to turn it from a cost center to a way to generate better retention/higher sales through human touch. 

Albeit with AI assistance and still a much smaller task force.

I love my call center in Cebu Philippines, I hope no negative impact on them. I believe in a strong L1 + GenAI solutions.
