Some major updates to @nook

1. You can now filter any feed by power badge users only. Helps clean up all the spam.

2. You can now subscribe to push notifications for any feed. We will only send you notifications from power badge users for now.

3. Opt-in to personal notifications, again only from power badge users

Really enjoying it but can’t get the Farcaster connect to work to use all features. Not with warps and not with in-app purchase. Any ideas @slokh ?
