A reminder that the single most important thing you can do to help Farcaster is cast interesting stuff in channels.

Use narrowcasts and long casts!

Some casts work, but generally it's pretty hit or miss

If I'll be quoting a narrowcast to a different channel, will the narrowcast no longer be a narrowcast?? 🤔

what about those of us who liked casting interesting stuff in channels but only when our pfp was animated; and now that it just doesn’t feel the same anymore, the magic is gone—what about us?

I’m really enjoying both new features. Long cast is a game changer for content and narrowcasting is making it easier to cast about niche interests.

What are some underrated channels in your opinion that people should be casting more in?

Great! Thanks for advising. Is it something technically involved with algorithm or just psychologically effective to bring real people to action?

If you want to narrowcast is that as simple as just casting to a channel or do you have to specify you want it to be a narrow cast? I didn’t see instructions for that in previous casts

Is it more effective to cast in smaller or larger channels? Is there a difference?
