hey Dan, is it true that:
1) frame v2 notis don't push to the OS?
2) that you all are changing it so that they can?

in this case, would it make sense to add functionalities to help users organize their notif. tab? 
i.e:  1️⃣ "mark as unread" or "remind me later" to resurface important notif.s. 2️⃣ "archive" or "delete" for the quick and read-only ones, 3️⃣ maybe even labelling and filtering to allow further personalization
