A few things worth corecting. 1. Power badge is not required at the protocol; it's a Warpcast feature that we offer as an API for other apps. They have freedom to use or not use. 2. People don't want to see uninteresting accounts. So we offer a) who you follow and who follows you b) power badge. Again, on Warpcast.

maybe i'm missing sth, but corr #1 makes it look like @downshift.eth's suggesting that pb is indeed required while he's just reacting to @v ideating a new service. anyway, i know we can build our own client, but when one of the most prolific builders on fc loses a pb on de facto standard client, confidence is shaken.

i think the system is powerful enough to justify: 1) a forum for folks to submit feedback 2) open comms from your team about addressing or not addressing concerns. i know people have dug up a lot of data on anomalies re: who does/doesn't have badges. i don't purport to be an authority on reputation systems, fwiw...

on fc? probably nothing similar has been tried at this scale. i appreciate pb and how it improved my experience, but i believe downshift is a good actor and he deserves clarification. i'm worried same thing could happen to me and i too would like to know why.
