Early summer caprese always looks better than it tastes.

Aren’t you in Cali?  Should be plenty of flavor by mid June.  We’re a month away from the start of tomatoes on the Southcoast, while some early tomatoes sacrifice flavor, should still be able to make the dish worthwhile.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩 

Ahh makes more sense, unless they’re from a fieldhouse or tunnel, there has been quite a bit of water in places this year > dilutes the flavor.
