I agree with Ben here.  One of the biggest blunders I saw with web3 companies was the missing bridge between the 2 ecosystems.

Hire natives to onboard masses.  Bridge the gap.  Let's connect the tech with the right people.

Hire the people who know the target.

What would the hires do that we're not doing now?

But what does onboard them mean? 1:1 onboarding?

After onboarding, why do they stick around? What if they already have a large following on another social network?

Farcaster's biggest problems right now are fundamentally retention problems. 

That's not a top-of-funnel / marketing problem. That will change over time.

CT is not the only subset of ppl

A2 is an org that helps emerging artists.  We could on board many of those artists. 

Leveraging our years in crypto has connected us to a large user base

Let's expose them to this tech

Leverage the existing user base on Warpcast to hack mainstream media.
