Focus > Urgency but both are important

Focus without urgency — you're more likely to build the right thing, challenge is will you run out of money, time, interest from your users

Urgency without focus — you'll do a lot of stuff, but necessary condition to success is to work on the right thing.

Agree, focus and urgency should be equal. I was in the situation when we only focused on the right thing but we finally lost momentum

Finding that balance is key, but there needs to be a baseline level of focus, otherwise urgency bleeds over into recklessness
