Lol, that's a bad analogy, as Texas has a ton of wind. Also CA is a massive net importer of electricity on hot days (from fossil fuel based sources). They also barely kept Diablo Canyon open last year. Too many people here are focused on climate virtue signaling.

Yea, maybe example was a bit extreme. But OC chart was about solar, and California's solar production is 2X that of Texas I believe.
