We haven't figured that out yet. The most consistent answer for why people say they stick around is "the people", but that hasn't been an effective top-of-funnel strategy so far.

Its a public forum that (can) feel private/intimate bc of high density of good people (largely driven by channels). Not sure how that scales, but it seems to be the value prop today. Also its not trying to beat twit on its own game, its playin another distinct game that i would otherwise only get from disc/tg.
